Character

A Victorian house, made over in 2023

The house is handsomely presented throughout and has a lovely, warm, friendly and cultured atmosphere. The views from all the principal rooms are superb and look down upon this idyllic sweep of river.

2 sitting rooms, Tv room and a boot room make up the body of the ground floor fed by the heart of the house, the kitchen. A large dining room has doors which open out to a large dining patio with a BBQ.

Second view of a living room with slate-blue walls, featuring a salmon-pink painted cast-iron fireplace with mantel mirror and an Art Deco fan-shaped mirror above it, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV on a glass stand, leather sofas, a wooden coffee table on a mustard rug, and two windows including a bay window with garden views and a red umbrella outside.
A cast-iron fireplace under a fan-shaped deco mirror.

A considerable games room has been added complete with pool table, table football and a 46' screen ensuring the young of all ages have somewhere to play.
