THE GARDENS
Roses first, then everything else
Within the grounds lies a David Austin rose garden, a walled kitchen garden, an orchard, woods and a fish pond.
Explore the woods and the kitchen garden. Organise a treasure hunt for the kids, or a picnic by the fish pond.
There's a swing and slide so the very little ones aren't left out of the outside fun.

THE GAMES BARN
A games room, a cinema, a bar
At the Hall The library has a large selection of books and comes with a pool table, perfect for those more competitive guests. We also have a separate large games room above the Broadfield bar, with a cinema area and table tennis table.
The bar comes as part of your hire on a DIY basis. Or it can be stocked and staffed at an additional cost, should you want a space for more guests to join you for a special occasion.
On top of this, we provide board games, DVDs, books, children's toys and games, as well as a special Broadfield treasure hunt to keep our younger guests entertained. In Summer, there are also garden games, including croquet, football croquet and giant Jenga.
We also have a swing and slide for very little ones so that they're not left out of the outside fun! Please ask too about a hot tub – this can either be included or hired in.

The hot tub and the clay oven
Beneath the oast tower, two festoon-lit pergolas: one covers the hot tub, the other the wood-fired pizza oven.
The hot tub
Covered, under its own pergola - usable 9am to 11pm.

It can either be included with your dates or hired in - ask when you enquire.
The clay oven
Wood-fired, on its stone base across the courtyard.
The charcoal barbecue
Provided for your use - bring your own charcoal.

Light the terrace firepits and get some pizza going in the clay oven
