11 acres of winding gardens and woodland around the Hall, with a lake of its own and privacy in every direction.

Walks from the door
The gardens wind through mature trees, copper beech and oak, opening onto lawns, benches and water. Beyond the clipped hedge the land falls away to farmland and rolling Herefordshire hills.
There are country walks aplenty straight from the door, long before you reach the Forest of Dean or the Wye Valley proper. Pettycroft Viewpoint and Wigpool Nature Reserve are both well under two miles away.
And bring up to 3 dogs; this is exactly their kind of country.
After dark
Evenings under the covered terrace
A covered seating area with a charcoal barbecue means outdoor evenings happen whatever the weather; bring your own charcoal and take your time.
And if you want a hot tub, one can easily be hired in for your stay.

The lake
The Hall has a lake of its own among the gardens; children should be supervised at all times.

Parking
Space for 20 cars off road, on the gravel forecourt.

Dogs
Up to 3 well-behaved dogs are welcome, for a small per-stay charge set out in the booking terms.

Open flame
The charcoal barbecue is the one open flame in the grounds; fireworks and lanterns stay at home.
